Renju P Abraham has over 14 years of extensive experience as a cost accountant in industries such as FMCG, Engineering, Ayurveda, Food etc. He is a graduate of XLRI and is a passionate tutor with ICAI. He offers a unique approach to cost accounting, wherein he not only reduces wastage and unnecessary expenses but also improves profitability through better processes, efficient resource allocation and immaculate budget preparation. He believes in sustainable growth and takes a great interest in agriculture and green business practices.

With over 3 decades of professional experience with corporates such as FEDO, Apollo Tyres, Reliance communications etc. Mr Balachandran is a true master of Financial Management. Over the years he has developed experience in Cost Accounting, Accounting Systems, MIS, Auditing, Commercial Project Management etc. He has also worked extensively in senior management positions where he has led teams spread across large geographical areas. Balakrishnan(CMA) is an expert in Statutory Compliance, Taxation and Financial Management and has over 20 years of experience in industries such as Electronics, Fertilizers, Petrochemical & Telecom. A sharp mind and attention to the minutest of details, make him an extremely valuable asset in the team. He has worked for brands such as FACT, ARTECH Power, Cochin Refineries, Reliance Petroleum & Reliance Communications. As a consultant, Mr Balakrishnan is an extremely thorough and diligent mentor who can always prevent unnecessary wastage & cost.
